Mary Eze

I’m Mary Eze, founder of Learnexity, a workforce readiness institution focused on helping people build valuable capabilities and prepare for opportunities in a changing digital economy.

I work at the intersection of technology, digital transformation, human development, and healthcare, informed by over 12 years of professional experience. My background includes a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics (MSN), MBA studies, AI and analytics leadership, AI governance, and cloud computing. I hold professional credentials in AI governance, Generative and Agentic AI, and AWS Cloud, and I am a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). I am also a career coach, mentor, and author.

What drives me is a deep belief in human potential and the importance of ensuring that technological progress creates meaningful opportunities for people.

Throughout my career, I have seen how technology can improve systems, transform industries, and expand what people can achieve. I have also seen the challenges that arise when access to learning, practical experience, and career opportunities does not keep pace with technological change.

That gap is one of the reasons I founded Learnexity.

Through Learnexity, we are working to help people identify emerging opportunities, develop high-value skills, gain practical experience, and position themselves for opportunities in the global digital economy. Our goal is not simply to help people learn new technologies, but to help them turn what they learn into capabilities they can demonstrate and apply.

As AI advances, I believe we must look beyond what technology can do and ask how we can use it responsibly, preserve human judgment, build trust, and prepare people to contribute meaningfully to the future of work.
